The following terms are standard and sent out to every member requesting use of the clubs facilities.

As discussed there will be no charge for the use of the club but a deposit of £100 payable one week prior to the party will be required, the deposit will be returned providing the club is left in a reasonable condition and no damage has been done.

If this is not the case then some or all of the deposit will be used to pay for extra Cleaning or repairs.

The law requires that I ask you to provide me with a list of non-members at least two weeks prior to the event, anyone lucky enough to look under the age of 18 wishing to purchase alcohol will have to provide proof of age or they cannot be served Alcohol.

It has been mentioned you asked about fireworks, the club is not licensed to let them off on our property, so if you are having them I will point out it will be at your own risk and the club premises cannot be used

Finally as the club is situated in a residential area may I ask you and your guests to consider our neighbours when coming into and especially leaving the club
