AGM Reminder!!

Dear member

As you may be well aware its AGM time on Monday 23rd February 2009, with doors opening at 7pm and meeting starts at 8pm.  Please Note: The bar will be closed for the duration of the meeting.

Most places have been filled but there are one or two positions left, the club desperately needs a Tresurerer, if you have a little spare time on your hands and want the best for your club then why not come forward and add your name to the list along with other dedicated members. If on one comes forward we will be forced to contract the work out to an accountant but this means higher costs thus may increase in memberships.

Throughout the year, members seem to have their say, now its the time to be heard.

Dont forget and be there to support your club.
